# Invite people to selected website dashboards

Open Settings, then Team access to invite someone to the websites they need. The invitation defaults to Viewer access for the current website. Only a workspace owner or an admin with all-website access can manage the team.

## Choose the right role

| Role | What they can do |
| --- | --- |
| Viewer | Read dashboards and reports for assigned websites. |
| Admin with selected websites | Read reports and manage settings, funnels, imports and connections for assigned websites. |
| Admin with all websites | Manage all current and future websites, invite people, manage billing and use the workspace API key. |
| Owner | Keep full workspace access. Team invitations cannot grant, change or remove ownership. |

## Send an invitation

Find this setting: Settings → Team access

1. **Enter their email address.** Use the address they will use to sign in to Attriboo.

2. **Choose Viewer or Admin.** Use Viewer when someone only needs to read reports.

3. **Choose website access.** Keep Selected websites and check one or several websites. Choose All current and future websites only when that broader access is intended.

4. **Select Send invitation.** The saved invitation stays in Team access with the email, role, website access and expiry date. Email queued means it was accepted for sending, not confirmed in the inbox. If it shows Email not sent, select Resend invitation. The saved invitation also works when they sign in with the invited email within 7 days.

> **Existing accounts can join too** They keep their existing workspace. After signing in, the website picker lists websites they can access, including invited websites.

## Change or remove access

Select Edit access beside a member to change their role or selected websites. Select Edit invite to change a pending invitation and resend it.

Select Remove or Revoke invitation, then confirm the removal. Owners cannot be removed or demoted here. An admin cannot change their own access.

Reducing or removing a workspace admin rotates the shared workspace API key, because that person may have copied it. Reconnect tools that used the old key. A person restricted to selected websites cannot authorize a workspace-wide MCP connection; an earlier workspace connection stops working when their access becomes restricted.

## What selected-website access means

Only assigned websites appear in the website picker and reports. Selected-website admins can manage those websites without access to workspace billing, team invitations or the workspace API key.

All current and future websites includes websites added later. Selected websites stays limited to the checked websites until a workspace admin edits it. Personal email reports only include websites the recipient can still access.

## You are done when

The invited person can open the assigned dashboards after signing in with the invited email.
