A click has a cost. A recorded sale gives you another part of the picture. Import campaign spend from your Google Ads accounts, then compare that cost with the revenue credited to matching campaigns in Attriboo.

Connect the question to revenue
Google AdsAttriboo
  1. CostGoogle Ads spend

Campaign costs from the ad accounts you select.

  2. ActivityTagged website visits

Campaign labels identify the traffic you can record.

  3. SalesConnected payments

A separate payment connection supplies recorded revenue.

  4. DecisionCampaign ROAS

Compare credited revenue with campaign advertising spend.

Spend, visits, and sales are separate records. Campaign matching and available tracking affect the comparison; attribution credit does not prove a campaign caused a purchase.

The useful part

A clearer view of what brings customers.

Bring campaign costs into the report

Connect the ad accounts that belong to your website. Attriboo imports daily campaign spend so you can stop copying the same costs into your reports by hand.

Compare spend with recorded revenue

Use consistent campaign labels to connect imported costs with the campaign traffic you record. Review ROAS beside your selected reporting dates and attribution model.

Keep the source of each cost clear

Imported spend is labeled From Google Ads. Change advertising costs in Google Ads, then let the next sync bring the updated figures into Attriboo.

Getting started

A few steps. A useful question to answer.

Read the ad-spend setup guide
  1. Check website and payment tracking

Choose your website in Attriboo. Install its tracking script and connect a supported payment provider so the report has visits and sales as well as costs.

  2. Connect Google Ads in Setup

An owner or admin opens Setup → Import ad spend and chooses Connect Google Ads. Sign in with an account that can access the intended ad accounts, then select the ones for this website.

  3. Label campaigns and check the result

Follow the campaign-link instructions shown in Setup. Check for a recent sync and From Google Ads spend in the campaign report. Use the same dates, currency, and model when reviewing returns.

Before you connect

Know what the reports can tell you.

How much spend is imported?

Selecting ad accounts imports the last 90 days of campaign spend. Daily updates refresh the latest three days because recent platform costs can change. Sync now is also available in Setup.

How are costs matched to campaigns?

Attriboo matches the utm_campaign label on recorded visits with a campaign name or ID. Setup provides the Google Ads link-tagging instructions. Importing costs does not recreate earlier visits or identify every buyer.

What about currency and manual edits?

Spend stays in the ad account's currency; Attriboo does not convert it. Resolve a currency mismatch before comparing returns. Imported totals cannot be edited by hand while the platform remains connected.

A few common questions

Google Ads, explained simply.

Do I need Google Analytics for this?

No. Attriboo uses its own website tracking and supported payment connections. The Google Ads connection imports advertising costs; it does not install Google Analytics.

Will Attriboo change my ads or budgets?

No. This integration requests account and campaign reporting data. Attriboo does not use it to edit your ads, budgets, or advertising settings. Review the permissions presented when connecting.

Why can ROAS differ from Google Ads?

Attriboo uses its own recorded visits, matched payments, and selected attribution model. Dates, currency, refund treatment, and tracking coverage can differ from an advertising platform's report. Compare definitions before expecting equal totals.

What if Setup says Available soon?

The integration is built, but the connection must be enabled before an account can connect. Check Setup for current availability. You can still enter campaign spend manually on the dashboard when an automatic connection is unavailable.
