Connect the question to revenue
Meta AdsAttriboo
  1. CostMeta campaign spend

Advertising costs from selected Facebook and Instagram ad accounts.

  2. ActivityTagged website visits

Campaign labels identify the visits Attriboo can observe.

  3. SalesConnected payments

Recorded purchases arrive through a separate payment connection.

  4. DecisionRevenue beside cost

Review campaign ROAS with a consistent reporting scope.

An explanation of the reporting inputs, not a guaranteed customer journey. Imported campaign costs alone do not identify visitors, recover missing sales, or prove advertising lift.

The useful part

A clearer view of what brings customers.

Import spend from the right ad accounts

Sign in with Facebook and choose the Meta ad accounts that belong to your website. Campaign costs are imported rather than repeatedly entered by hand.

Look beyond clicks and impressions

Compare imported campaign spend with the revenue credited to recorded campaign traffic. Check which campaigns deserve investigation, rather than judging the business result from audience size alone.

Keep a repeatable reporting routine

Daily updates refresh recent costs. Setup shows the latest sync and any connection issue, while the campaign report identifies costs as From Meta Ads.

Getting started

A few steps. A useful question to answer.

Read the ad-spend setup guide
  1. Connect the website and its sales

Select your website in Attriboo, check the tracking script, and connect a supported payment provider. This gives the spend report recorded activity and payments to compare.

  2. Connect Meta Ads in Setup

An owner or admin opens Setup → Import ad spend and selects Connect Meta Ads. Sign in with a Facebook login that can read the relevant ad accounts and select the accounts for this website.

  3. Match labels and review the first sync

Copy the Meta campaign-link instructions from Setup. Check the latest sync and look for From Meta Ads costs in the campaign report. Keep dates and attribution model consistent when comparing.

Before you connect

Know what the reports can tell you.

What history and update schedule are included?

Selecting ad accounts imports 90 days of daily campaign spend. Daily updates refresh the latest three days, and Sync now can refresh recent costs from Setup. This is not a live, second-by-second spend feed.

How does the campaign matching work?

The utm_campaign label on your recorded visits is matched with imported campaign names or IDs. Setup shows the suggested Meta URL parameters. Keep campaign labels consistent and check unmatched rows instead of assuming every cost has revenue credit.

What happens if the connection stops?

Setup reports an expired or removed authorization and offers Reconnect. Disconnecting stops imports and makes previously imported campaign totals editable again. It does not pause your Meta advertising.

A few common questions

Meta Ads, explained simply.

Does this include Facebook and Instagram ads?

It imports campaign-level spend from the selected Meta ad accounts used for Facebook and Instagram advertising. It does not promise a separate placement-level breakdown for each surface.

Does this install a Meta Pixel on my website?

No. This connection reads campaign reporting data from your Meta ad account. Attriboo's own tracking records supported website activity, and a payment connection supplies sales.

Will Attriboo change or stop my campaigns?

No. The integration imports reporting data. It does not edit campaigns, budgets, or advertising settings. Disconnecting Attriboo stops its imports, not your ads.

What if Meta Ads is not enabled in Setup?

If Setup shows Available soon, the automatic connection is not switched on yet. You can use manual campaign spend while it is unavailable. Once connected, choose accounts you are authorized to read and check the import result.
