Before you connect
Know what the reports can tell you.
Which orders appear?
The plugin sends new supported paid orders after installation. It does not import the store's old order history.
What is included in the amount?
Orders and refunds are sent before tax. Order shipping is included. Keep this definition in mind when reconciling with your store reports.
What if a source is missing?
A new order can arrive without a matching tracked visit. Check the tracking switch, the selected website and the recorded checkout journey. Installation does not reconstruct earlier activity.
