Connect the right account

  1. Choose your website in Attriboo.

Make sure this is the website or store whose sales you want to see.

  2. Open Setup and find Connect your payment provider.

Choose the provider you already use to take payments.

  3. Follow that provider's instructions in Setup.

The instructions explain which key or token to create, or which webhooks to add for Shopify. A webhook is a message your provider sends when an order changes.

  4. Check the connection result.

If a problem is shown, read the message before trying again. Keep account keys and tokens private; do not include them in support messages.

  5. Check a completed sale in your reports.

Use the same website, dates, and currency. Shopify starts with new orders; it does not import earlier orders.

Visits and payments are separate connections

The tracking script records visits. Your payment connection brings in sales. Install and check the script too if you want to see the recorded visits before a purchase.

An imported payment may have no matching visit, especially when it happened before tracking was installed. Importing sales does not recreate old website visits.

WooCommerce stores

Install the Attriboo WordPress plugin and leave Send WooCommerce orders and refunds ticked. New orders appear after installation; earlier orders are not imported.

If your provider is not listed

Use the connection options currently shown in Setup. You can request another integration through the support form. If you have a developer, they can also use the Attriboo API to send sales.

You are done when

Your provider is connected to the correct website, and you know which sales it can send.
