Understand your numbers

Set your own revenue target

A target is an amount you want to reach. Progress shows the recorded amount compared with that target. A forecast is an estimate, not a promise.

Save your target

  1. Choose your website and reporting dates, then open Dashboard.
  2. Find Your Revenue Target.
  3. Enter your own amount in Your target (USD), then select Save target.

Use a positive amount with up to two decimal places. There are no suggested targets.

  4. Check the saved confirmation.

In your live account, this is a personal target saved for that website, including when you use another device. Other teammates can set their own targets. The demo only saves its target in your browser.

  5. Read the amount and percentage reached.

Changing the target changes the comparison. It does not change the underlying sales.

Understand the 30-day pace estimate

The estimate divides recorded revenue by elapsed days in the selected period and multiplies by 30. It assumes the same daily rate continues. It is arithmetic, not an AI prediction, and it is not guaranteed.

Future dates do not count as elapsed days. With no recorded payments or less than one elapsed day, the panel says there is not enough data. Missing payments, refunds, large one-off sales, and seasonal changes can affect the result. Demo estimates use sample revenue.

Progress compares recorded revenue in your selected dates with your custom target. The target stays the same when you change dates; a 30-day pace estimate should not be mistaken for progress toward a target covering a different period.

A simple example

Imagine a target of $3,000 and $1,200 recorded so far. You have reached 40% of the target. This example is fictional.

A pace estimate assumes something about future activity. A large sale, a quiet week, or a seasonal change can make the estimate change quickly.

Choose one next action

If progress is behind your expectation, look at sources or the journey to checkout. Choose a small action you can review later. Raising or lowering the target alone does not change business performance.

You are done when

You can tell recorded progress apart from an estimate of future revenue.
