How to install Attriboo on Podia
Use Podia’s Website tracking code field to add Attriboo to public-facing pages. Podia inserts this code near the end of the page body, which the Attriboo browser script supports; private member areas are outside this installation.
Instructions reviewed
Before you start
You need Admin access, a verified Podia email address and a plan that supports third-party code. Podia lists Advanced Analytics on Mover and Shaker; check your account’s current access if the field is disabled. Custom code does not run in private customer areas such as the Home Feed, product viewer or community.
Add the published domain in Attriboo. Keep one tracking installation and preserve your site’s consent choices. Your website ID is public; private API keys do not belong in the page script.
Copy the script for this website
- Choose your website in Attriboo.
Check the address in the website selector. Add the website first if it is not listed.
- Open Setup and choose Podia.
Under Add the tracking script to your website, find Where is your site built? Choose this platform, then use Copy beside Your code. This gives you the right code format with your website ID filled in.
Add Attriboo to Podia
Find this setting
- Site name → Admin
- Settings → Analytics
- Third-party code → Edit
- Website tracking code → Save
- From your Podia home feed, click the site name and choose Admin.
Open Settings → Analytics, then Edit beside Third-party code.
- Paste the complete HTML script from Setup into Website tracking code.
Keep existing code and click Save. Do not put the general tracker only in Conversion tracking code or in a Google Analytics ID field.
- Open the published site while signed out of Podia, using a separate browser session if needed.
Podia suppresses tracking code for your logged-in owner session. Check a public page and another public page in Attriboo.
<script defer data-site-id="site_YOUR_WEBSITE_ID" src="https://www.attriboo.com/t.js"></script>Check this platform’s behavior
Podia does not offer head-code placement; use the Website tracking code body field directly. Public checkout pages may contain the loader, but that does not turn a pageview into a verified sale. Leave Conversion tracking code alone unless you have a separate, tested conversion setup. Connect supported payments separately; the script does not import a Podia customer list, old orders or private member activity.
Check that page visits reach Attriboo
- Open the published website in another tab.
Use the address your customers visit. Make your normal tracking choice if a consent banner appears.
- Return to the same website in Attriboo → Setup.
Select Test Connection. Look for a successful result such as Verified Live or activity on the correct address.
- Follow an internal link, then use your browser’s Back button.
Check those paths in the Pages view for the current reporting dates. Allow the reports to refresh. An active connection alone does not confirm every page change.
Connect visits to recorded revenue
Installing the script records website activity. To bring sales into Attriboo, connect the service you use to collect payments in Setup as well. Then compare the recorded sources and customer journeys behind your sales.
A payment imported from before tracking was installed may have no matching visit. Installing today does not recreate old website activity.
Podia references
These placement instructions were reviewed against the platform’s documentation and Attriboo’s current tracker. Check the published site after deployment, theme changes or navigation changes.
You are done when
The published Podia site loads one Attriboo tracker and the expected page visits reach the selected website. Sales reporting is checked separately.
