Review agreements and international transfers

Attriboo records your explicit account terms acceptance after sign-in. Workspace owners separately accept the processing agreement for the actual legal customer. A transfer review request prepares the relevant facts; it does not sign draft transfer clauses or approve a restricted transfer.

Instructions reviewed

Review your account terms

  1. Sign in normally.

Email links, codes and Google sign-in preserve your destination. If the current terms have no acceptance record, Agreements opens before your dashboard or checkout.

  2. Read the exact version.

Open the Terms of Service or download its archived JSON version. Enter your full name and select the explicit acceptance checkbox.

  3. Record your acceptance.

Select Accept account terms. The server records the authenticated account, acceptance wording, immutable document version and timestamp. It does not invent an earlier acceptance. Continue to your original destination when ready.

Accept a workspace processing agreement

A workspace owner chooses the workspace, supplies the legal customer name, address and country code, identifies whether it is controller or processor, and enters their name and title/capacity. They must confirm authority before selecting Accept workspace DPA.

A teammate's account acceptance is not recorded as the workspace owner's authority. New acceptances preserve earlier records. Privacy notices and optional analytics choices remain separate from these agreements.

Download the evidence

Your recorded acceptances shows the latest 100 records you can access. Each receipt contains the actual accepted version, digest, acceptance statement and server time. The public version archive retains exact text so a later policy update does not rewrite earlier evidence.

Receipt exports contain legal customer and signer information. Store them securely and share only with authorized recipients. If saving succeeded but loading the record failed, reload before repeating the action.

Prepare an international transfer review

  1. Use a current workspace DPA record.

Choose the relevant workspace, then select the EEA, UK, both, or other/uncertain scope.

  2. Request review and download the draft.

Request transfer review creates a pending record. Download draft preparation package includes the customer details, processing and security annexes, provider map, official instrument links and unresolved assessment/signature fields.

  3. Complete the actual arrangement.

Verify the parties and roles, importer territorial scope, applicable mechanism, destination-law and safeguards assessment, mandatory annexes/tables and authorized acceptance before an affected restricted transfer. Do not treat the request, a general DPA receipt or a provider's agreement as that completed arrangement.

When there is no record yet

Existing activity is not silently converted into an acceptance. An unavailable evidence service keeps the review requirement in place; retry or contact support. You can still read public policies and submit privacy requests without accepting account terms.

Customers remain responsible for their website's notices, lawful collection and real consent-manager records. Attriboo's own-site choice receipts cover Attriboo's own consent interface, not every customer's banner.

You are done when

You can retrieve your actual account/workspace agreement records and distinguish a pending transfer review from executed terms.
